Hi dreamtocanada

Sorry to hear your situation. You should received you ppr by mail by 14 Jan. In my opinion your mail was lost on the way. You should send an email to SVO mentioning them that your ecas changed to IN Process on Dec 30, you did not received any mail or email and asked them directly that did they send any mail or email asking for your pp. Because they give evasive answers and that happened to my case. So ask them direct question. Still if you do not get any reply then go to your local MP and he can enquire to SVO and let you know proper position of your application. But don't worry too much, SVO will not cancel your application at this stage, that will delay your visa processing. With good wishes.

Hi Dreamtocanada,
SIngapore VO's mind work in mysterious ways...
i got my PPR email already even when my ECAS showed application received. Only after i submitted the PPR for my hubby, it changed the status to in process and decision made on the same day.

there is Awhsome54 also at SVO who's ECAS status changed to in process since October and only received PPR request this week... so just be patient, you will receive it in due time. But call up the MP office, email SVO, and if you really want, request GCMS notes to see what it says.
Good luck!

how and where to appeal a refused spousal sponsor case from BD

Hi all,
could you please suggest me which agency in Bangladesh I can contact to for making an appeal if any rejection occurs for the spousal sponsor case in Bangladesh. How much it might cost? I am not sure about the procedures. Your suggestions will be highly appreciated. Thanks.

GOOD NEWS!!! At last today we got the PPR. I cant explain how excited I am. On the email it says,

"This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada

We are now ready to issue your immigration visa(s). In order to complete this process, we need your passport(s)."

After looong 9 months of waiting. Please pray for us.

Does anyone know how to send requested document to SVO? I was asked to submit a copy my "Nikah Nama" in bengali with notarized translation.

What is the quickest way to send this to SVO? Any feedback will be appreciated.

SA received: 22-Sep-2015

I will suggest you to go to a good immigration lawyer. But as long as all your documents are legitimate and your relationship is genuine, there should not be any problem.

I found two ways to submit documents. One is via case specific query (scanned copies) and another is directly using Fedex/DHL to SVO office. Can anyone advise which is the quickest and/or reliable one?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks dreamtocanada. Hope you get a quick response from them.

I will try both Case Specific Enquiry and courier. Any idea how much delay it would incur in the process?
