No news on our end too. My wife got Decision Made on 12 April. Last Monday (21 April) she sent a message to SVO to ask about her passport, and so far she hasn't got a reply...arghhh...! I really don't understand though....I thought once the decision has been made, it'd be so easy for them to stick the visa on the passport, and print the COPR, put everything in the envelope we provided, and mail the package away. Why they're taking so long is beyond me... . May be they have a set schedule of passport mailing....may be they only package everything on a certain date of every month...who knows...

Mine also got changed to `DM`on 12th April. SVO received PP on 17th Mar. No clue what they are doing with all our PPs for so long time !!!!
Let us know if you get any update plz so that I can also check mine.

My wife received email on march 24th requesting re-medical,Police Certificate and Schedule A. Medical done on 4th of April and all requested documents mailed on 11th April by registered mail to One George Street address. So 17 days has passed since we mailed the documents and I emailed SVO, they replied they havent received any documents yet. They told us they cannot give details in the future if they have received documents due to limited resources. We are getting kinda worried now because how will we ever know if they received the documents? What if SVO loses the documents and claim to have never received it? What are our options? My wife did keep the receipt of the registered mail. She lives in small town in Vietnam thats why we didnt have access to courier service like DHL. Maybe Vietnam post is really slow.What do you guys think? Should I ask my wife to travel to the city and mail the documents again using DHL in Ho Chi Minh City? How long does DHL take to mail letter from Vietnam to Singapore?

You should send your passport and documents by DHL or FedEx to be safe. They will provide you with a tracking number to track your package. It usually takes 3 days to mail the documents from HCMC to Singapore.

I don't think there's anything to do but hope it comes soon, we are all in the same boat. I hope they get their butt in gear soon.

Don't worry, take a deep breath. It clearly shows that it is a human error. Status can not go backward. In my opinion if you are very concern then go to your MP and he/she can find it out that it is CIC's mistakes. Wish you luck.

After a long waiting last Monday I got my ppr. So happy for that. And the passport already send to SVO through VFS.

Ran through 40 pages on this thread and came out with a list of people still waiting for their passports returned, maybe this will serve as a guideline and we can analyze it to kill some time. Seems like there's is a backlog for passports to be returned and there's no PPR in past few weeks, at least no passports were submitted in April week 3 and week 4 as recorded in this forum. Before Feb, it used to take are 3 weeks for decision made, and then now it takes 4-5 weeks. Hopefully we are all on the same boat and there will be some happy news before June!

We will definitely use DHL in the future for mailing to SVO.My wife went to her local postal office to ask about the registered mail. Apparently the envelope did arrive at SVO and it was signed for. It took 13 days to deliver.oh well. I guess now we just have to wait for further instructions from SVO. Hopefully PPR is next.

In our case, I got SA on 17 April 2013, and my wife (but not me, but that's fine, considering she's the sponsored spouse) got an email (confirming receipt of application) from SVO about 8 days later, on 25 April 2013.
