AG00894 might not be the processing officer. I think it is the code for Singapore Visa Office.

Hey guys,

I'm somewhat of a lurker on these forums and it's been awhile since I've posted an update.

Just wanted to share my wife's timeline:
- I sent out the app to Mississauga on Feb 21st.
- Singapore received the app on April 1st
- Re-med request on Feb 5th
- Re-med submitted on Feb 8th
- Status changed to in process on Feb 9th
- Received PPR & police clearance request on Feb 14th via registered e-mail

It was quite a bit of a wait with no updates but the past couple of weeks have been good & it's good to know that we are almost at the end of the road.

To all the others that are waiting; hang in there and stay positive! Love conquers all :)

All the best to everyone.

Thanks for your advise. You are right. We better have one available in case they ask for it at the 11th hour.

Totally agree, probably not good to take the risk of delaying the whole process just because "they" forgot to request for the police cert. By the way, mind if I ask how come your remed only need chest x-ray? No need to go through all the tests again? I have to redo my meds though...

Almost similar and different story for my wife. SVO did not send e-mail for re-medical to her but sent the registered mail at home address. But there was a typo at the address. House number was incorrect. Postman had a hard time to find the right place to deliver the mail. SVO issued the letter on 5th Feb but she received it today on Feb 18th. Thanks to Almighty because address was incorrect. Also thanks to the postman for doing the favor by finding the right person to deliver the mail. Here comes the good news. Mail also includes instruction to send the passport, Completed "Appendix C" and 4 copy of recent picture after 4 weeks of completing re-med(Only Chest X-Ray). There was no request to send new Police clearance. Hope and pray rest of the process will go smoothly :D

Your spouse location dhaka??

Mine is in Sylhet .... so hopefully I will hear soon.
Did you order GCMS NOTE ( WHAT DOES IT SAID) RECOMMEND WAV AT THE NOTE ?????

I think it depends on the visa officer. I have seen previously applicant only received Chest X-Ray request.

Just Checked online today my wifes application has a decision I'm hoping everything is ++++ started May 2013 hoping this horrible experience is behind us now

when did you receive passport request and send your passport to Singapore?

Does anyone know what to do if you can't send things on time? We have protests here in Thailand that delays passport renewal and the police are pretty busy... I have everything but police clearances and the Thai police are slow anyway on top of that have to get clearance from the RCMP which requires digitalized finger prints....

It is probably nothing to worry about, they just take advantage of 28 months processing time, however it is good to know what is going on with your file. When you receive the note, please share it with us
thanks

Hi All,

we have finally recieved re-med and passport request. As i have mentioned my wife is in Canada and does not intend to go back home for sometime. Can we send the passport from canada and get it back to the address in canada. We re bangladeshi applicant.

I need someone who has sent their passport from canada to advise us how to let SVO know that we want the passport to be sent back to Canada not address back home.

Thank you all for your help.
