when u submit ur passport, is u included any pictures? may be i dont give any photo with my application? vfs also dont give me any information to submit photo when i submit my passport?

what can i do now?

hey sohana. Did they ask u for any pic? I don't think so. They wanted recent pic of medical. That's what it was on the paper.

hi. Don't worry they won't ask for picture. Cuz my paper and ur paper is the same. My husband took 4 pictures for medical and they only used one picture. They asked u the same thing as mine.

i also took 4 picture, but they said , its no need. panel doctor took cam picture.

hmm.. I just looked at my letter from cic. yes, you have to submit your passport along with an Appendix A (it contains your information (your details and phn number) which will help the vfs office to call you back to pick up your passport).

so far I understood, you have to send cic the following all togather in a same envelop.:
1. Re-medical among with Appendix C filled up.
2. Police clearance Certificate.
3. Passport with Appendix A filled up.
4. 4 recent 45mm X 35mm photos (see the pic specification), and you have to write your name and DOB on the back of one of the pictures.

me n sohana never had anything saying about 4 recent picture on our letter. So it could be different thn urs. If it was thn it should have said it on the 1st page under document required list. Only time they asked for picture was for re medical.
