hmm.. I just looked at my letter from cic. yes, you have to submit your passport along with an Appendix A (it contains your information (your details and phn number) which will help the vfs office to call you back to pick up your passport).

so far I understood, you have to send cic the following all togather in a same envelop.:
1. Re-medical among with Appendix C filled up.
2. Police clearance Certificate.
3. Passport with Appendix A filled up.
4. 4 recent 45mm X 35mm photos (see the pic specification), and you have to write your name and DOB on the back of one of the pictures.

Hope that helps. Good luck

I did update the Excell sheet for you.... It has been a long way before we arrive at this final step. We were quit lucky that my wife could have a TRV in last year... we had been together for the past 12 months.... But it took 28 months from the first time we sent the papers to CIC in october 2011, and another two years before we had enough evidences of our relationship. It is a long road to go.... but I don't regret anything... every step we had done to go threw those procedures had been worthy. Patience and resilience are the keys to get threw the whole process. One thing... I could say... it makes no sense that the CIC in Singapore can not proceed the files before 28 months. Some people there and in Ottawa don't understand what we have to go threw while we are waiting.

Thank you to all of you.. and I wish the best of luck... :-* :-* :-*

Just to tell you.... because my wife was already in Canada on a TRV when she received her papers for PRV from Singapore, we had to go IN and OUT USA in five minutes (around the pole) to get her papers signed by an immigration officer when we got back in Canada... It took 30 minutes to get everything done SHE NOW HAS HER PERMANENT VISA.... ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

I never got anything about the picture . Sohana any update :(?

they asked me to police clearance, RPRF fee & completed IMM5669.

Submitting Passport:
1) Appendix A
2)original passport
3)check enough blank page
4)Appendix B

But in last page ,there was a photo instruction page .when i went to re-med ,they told me no need any photograph for re- med & they separate last 2 page. thats why i dont send any photo with my documents.

if cic need that photo, wht u think guyz they should contact me?
