I am new in this forum.

Here is my timeline :

Visa office : Singapore.

Application for spousal immigration recieved by CIC Missi : Dec 05, 2013.

AOR recived : Jan 01, 2014.

ESCAS changed to Decision Made with a comments that a written decison sent to me : Jan 08, 2014, 11-00 pm pacific time.

ESCAS added to Sponsored person as Medical Report received: Jan 11, 2014, at 11-00 pm Pacific time.

Does it mean SA approved and file is in Singapore VO as there is update in ESCAS that Medical Report recieved ?

Hi Shaw,
According to Your information, your sponsor part is compleated and you are approved. This part is done by CIC Missisauga. Medical report also updated by CIC Missisauga. CIC sent the file in SVO and now the file is in Singapore Visa office.

SVO will do the Sponsored (Applicant) part. SVO will do the sponsored eligibility (relationship), criminal record and background check. Once these are done, SVO will finalize your file for their decision. It is quite a lengthy process. SVO timeline is 28 months. If your file is straight forward and you are lucky, you may get SVO decision in short time.

Good luck
