No, it takes only 5$. When you order online, no need to fill form IMM 5563E, only fill consent form IMM 5744 and sign by applicant or person to be sponsored. Note to choose electronic file you will be sent it via email. You should choose access to information act.
Please come to this site and do as instruction.

hoahager ( if i not mistake :) ),

thank u for ur quick reply. as i heard GCMS notes total cost around 75/80 dollar? money order fee + courier fee...
is that true? form IMM-5563E , is that right form? what should i submit ' access to information act' or ' privacy act'?
Plz help me guys
My UCI never works for CIC status check. Use the file number. The Canadian has to make the request to get notes through atip which will make it only $5 and faster (30 days) but you must get a permission to request it from the applicant you are sponsoring each time you apply for the notes. I got my husband to print the form fill it out and email me a pic of it which I uploaded with the application. 75/80 sounds like a service instead of direct.

Heys guys, gud news from me. Just receive letter from SVO for remedical and police clearance....so happyyy. Those who have ecas in process please wait to have gud news this week. God bless us!
Hey littlestar congrats! Keep us posted. Your timeline is so close to mine and we seem to have been in the same pile so I'm curious. We also have similar notes.
We also were supposedly sent a letter (according to my MP's constituency worker who's office I finally broke down and contacted after noticing that some people can wait up to a year 'in process). Unfortunately he was told they sent my husband an email which bounced so sent a registered letter Nov 22. That could take weeks to arrive. I double checked and they have his correct email on file so I think it was mistyped. If that's not stupid enough, according to my MP's office, they requested re-medical, new photos, a schedule A (which was sent to them with application, so curious) and a Vietnam GCC. Does anyone have any idea what this is? I don't know what it is or why they need a Vietnam anything as he is not Vietnamese and had never lived there. I suspect there is yet another colossal error at play. From what I can glean from fruitless google searches, it has something to do with migrant workers. I think someone got confused as MY mother's family is from Vietnam (French expat with a touch of Chinese/Viet, and they have pictures of us in Vietnam because that's where we went for our honeymoon so I could see where MY mum and Gran were born and grew up. I believe they believe some other muddled thing and as a schedule A as I recall has his parents bkgnd, his education and working history, theymust be wondering where is the school and our work in Vietnam. HUGE unhappy sigh. Is Peter Sellers investigating our case? I do hope you have better luck. Of course IOM refuses to redo the medical until they see the paper. Both my husband and I forwarded them the email from my MP's office but they claim not to have received it. I have emailed SVO requesting them to re-email and explain Vietnam GCC but no email or answer. Of course no way to open a discussion with the VO and sift through the confusion.

Update: Success! Confusion averted. Singapore just re-emailed the letter in response to my MP to both my husband and I. The Vietnam mix up is our fault it turns out. Easily clarified. New criminal records check and medical are in the works. Hallelujah. Almost there. Passport to be sent with all updated documents requested through IOM. Oh happy day. I've been losing my mind! Let's hope the final review is blessedly short

Hi,
My wife in Dhaka just got the the passport request for Visa Issue after she sent her re-medical and police clearance in September.
Seems like you can send passport by courier or Visa Application Center in Dhaka.
Do you have any recommendations on what is the more efficient and safe way.
I am concerned over processing (as well travel to) VAC Dhaka with recent political situation. So thinking about courier, but interested in your thoughts based on experience.

Hi ashezz:
Please provide your timeline, if you could. Thanks in advance.

Congrats Toutesweet, finally issue is solved. Our path is coming to an end...only few more steps.

Getting a little worried :(
Seems like everyone that has gone in process this month has received some sort of correspondence from SVO
Remedical, PCC or PPR

I hope we hear something soon

u r forgettin we all had the same visa officer.. remember...diffrent vo works in diffrent ways...

Some VO changes ur ecas "in process" right at after everything is done such as background check security etc....and they send u a letter or email to ask for passport remed etc.

Where as some VO changes ur ecas "in process" when the final review is done....they send u a letter for remed right then...then they start background security etc.....which can take another 6 months or soo...after that they ask for PP

Different VO has diffrent work technique........but as long as ur ECAS says in process.dont wrry just wait

If I remember right was about 4 to 6 weeks after in process to the passport request for us so I would not worry :)

I kept changing it on the spread sheet so it could be tracked for in process to ppr but someone kept changing it and I gave up....
