So just found out one of the member from another thread with same Visa officer as mine (Reason i know it cause she applied for GCMS notes too) file got "inprocess" now

Her timeline:

Application Filed- August 31 2011
Application transferred to Singapore: November 2011
Initial Review: July 2012---- Eligibility : Recommend WAV, Notes: Interview Waive, relation bonafide, File ready for officers review"
In process: November 15th 2013

So ecas in process after 24 months singapore received the file.

I JUST PRAY NO ONE EVER GET THE VISA OFFICER SOME OF US GOT......AND THE REASON FOR MY POST IS IF YOU FILE IS TAKING TIME REMEMBER SINGAPORE HAS A TIMELINE OF 26~28 MONTHS....SO EVEN WITHOUT INTERVIEW IT MIGHT TAKE THAT LONG...THERE IS A REASON THEY PUT THAT TIMELINE...90% OF THE TIME IT WONT...IT WILL TAKE LESS THAN 12 TO 15 MONTHS...BUT 10% IT WILL TAKE THE FULL PROCESSING TIME...AND TAKING THIS LONG DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEAN UR APPLICATION HAS RED FLAG.

Let me end my post with a touch of "Singapore Visa Office"

Hi samkh: Really? How come!? I thought you sent your passport right after received your PPR. Anyway, was there any particular reason to send your passport delayed ? Just curious. However, I am happy to know that you received your PPR. I am still waiting for PPR after sending them requested Schedule A. Lets see when do I receive my PPR. hah!!

Yes there was some reason , i wanted to travel to my country and i send my passport from there , that is y it took time for me .

Hello diyabrar,
I feel your pain. This is ridiculous. I am pretty that visa officer doesn't have a family or anything. His/her unhappiness results in everybody elses unhappiness. May be we should pray for the visa officers so that they realize the value of family and relations and start working hard and faster on all the files.

If you send through courier please use the bottom address. And if you send as a normal letter via post office use the first address. It is my opinion.

You can use address to as "High Commission of Canada, Immigration Section". I always send my additional documents to second address and I used courier service and it was never missed. I found the address is in Canadian High Commission in Singapore website.

On 2013/05/13 ,VO KC01824 did my paper screened and just mention all my details and how we got married and just mentioned "review required"(1st review or 2nd review?!?!).

So now I am confused that my file had done the first review yet not? Or my file is waiting for 2nd review and get decision.if they did first review by KC01824 then he/she did not mention for me recommended passed ,that means here is a high chance for interview...omg plz Allah save me from interview

No.. I do not think so. It varies in different visa office and different visa officer as I know.
