How long do I have to wait from the time ecas changes to decision made and the day I get my wife's visa. Because ecas changed to decision made 2 days ago. Any advice would be appreciated.

no you shouldnt send by general enquiry but to specific enquiry so they can get into your file and change your email id which is very important to let them know otherwise they may be unable to reach you if you dont use that old email id. By the way you ve been asking the same questions couples of times weeks,months ago..u all right? Goodluck though

Thanks for your reply, isn't singapore visa office gonna send some kind of notice or instruction manual on how to be a citizen and what are the first few steps? or do they just send the passport+ visa to IOM and IOM just hands it over to us and thats it?

You will get all the instructions pages along with your passport/visa when you pick up your passport/visa at IOM.

Guys, It's almost been 60 days since I sent the passport....I'm beyond frustrated now!!! Singapore is not even responding to any emails by us or our lawyer!!! Why is it taking so long?? They could at least let us know if they need more info or if there is a problem...but the waiting is just so irritating!!!! :-[

First of all, Congratulations on finally reaching the finishing line along with your husband in this difficult process.

Yes, I have asked similar question before,but still I am not sure what to do. The wait is also taking a toll on me mentally. I found the case specific inquiry e-mail to be a difficult one to open. Have you used it? It seems, it is a website altogether and not a typical email address. Who should send the inquiry? Me, my wife who is the applicanT or our representative? Finally, instead of e-mail, if my wife mails a letter to Singapore VO requesting mailing address and e-mail address change, then would that be OK too? Of course, she will include a copy of her passport photo page and UCI/ Application numbers in the letter .
