Our status just changed to Decision made. I want to book the tickets now to save money. How far do you guys think I should book them? I've been thinking two weeks is enough.

I would think the IOM will be calling you VERY soon......couple weeks sounds good but I would be sure to book your tickets in a class that allows to change......just never know

What airline you thinking? I generaly fly EVA however I don't think its the cheapest....problem is I have to many air miles to fly any different

I will buy with china eastern, they have some dates in may for 715usd Saigon to Montreal. It would be cheaper on united but we have to avoid transiting in the US from what I know.

The change fees are not comfortable so it's a hard decision right now...

For all of the people who have sent and already received their passport from VFS, did you only send your passport or other documents as well, such as medical, police clearance etc..

Just wondering why they process differently....it says that they are processed in the order they are received but that doesn't seem to be the case for me

I'm going crazy :'(

Don't wait for IOM to call you. Keep calling them everyday for your passport. My wife called them 3 days after her status changed, she got her PP back in 4 days after they mailed it from SVO.

Hello all,

May i know if the Singapore Visa Office communicates with the applicant via email or mail regarding information about the application? ( I have given my email address in the application)

I will be expecting the Singapore office to request a Singapore police certificate, but unsure if I would receive the request via email or mail.

Oops.....Just noticed the other thread where you already posted your time line.......3 months is a long wait once you submit the passport! You would think its a simple process once the PPR comes..... :

What should be the correct answer to Item # 3 in Application Form IMM 5475?

Is it the Mississauga Address where the Application was originally sent or the Singapore VO where the Application is currently being processed?

What is the correct use of this Form IMM 5475?
