guyss..gime some hope plz.iam getting really really depressed and stressed now...my file was recieved by singapore 2012 june 18th..still no news..says application recieved...applied for gcms notes on jan 2013..got it in feb..havent noticed anything bad...under eligibility it sed "recommend passed".....still no news..what is happening any idea...?

cant freaking concentrate on work even..i would have just went back and stayed with my wife till she got the visa..but who will pay fory mortgage car payment etc etc...never ever thought this thin will be so difficult..svo should know they r playing with pplz life here

Hello Diyabrar. My case is quite like yours. My file reached SVO one month before yours and now it still appears "Application received". I got GCMS notes on March 2013 and it also said under Eligibility as "Recommend Passed". I have my empathy for you as we have the same concerns. Let's hope our files will be in process soon.

Hey guys, I know that this whole process is very difficult and it takes a huge toll on us and our families! Everyday seems like there is no hope and we just feel disappointment over and over again when we check our emails or status updates and find nothing or no change. All I can say is hang in there and have patience, allah is testing us and in shaa allah we will soon receive the reward to our sacrifices.

For the past few days i was feeling so upset and restless and didn't want to do anything all day, I was starting to get depressed and checking the computer became like an obsession to me, but then I saw on the news what happened in Savar with the building collapse and realized that what I was feeling is nothing compared to the hell that those people are going through right now. At least we are much better off then many people in the world who are suffering.

So everyone let's just sit back and relax and thank Allah that we are not in a worse position. In shaa allah he will get to us soon

my baby is doing fine thanks, my little baby had couples of mostiquo bites but its going away thanks god. 8)

alittlewave & diyabrar : enquire about your file to specific enquiry just ask that you havent received any news for almost a year and you wanted to make sure they have the right email address and mailing address.Then write it down on your enquiry. (just an excuse to try to get them to reply somthing) thats what i did twice and both time they replied same day or next day.

shiny thanks for your reply...my last gcms showed everything is ok.all contact info etc..the initial review was done in late september 2012 and the officer put " recommend passed" under eligibility and wrote " no concerns" under notes..after tht it was transfered to another officer in october for final review and decision but absolutely no activity after tht.. itz almost may now

Thanks Shiny for your advice. I actually did that a couple of months before and they replied everything is ok and the file is awaiting final review. So now everything depends on final decision of the immigration officer.

Nothing to be alarmed about yet... You should have a look at the April thread first to see whether any other April applicants are receiving an AOR... But not everyone receives an AOR.
Current processing time for stage 1 through CIC-M is 28 days.
Once you receive your SA you will be given a UCI number and a file number... you can use this information to access ecas.
It usually takes a couple of days to be able to log in
And... it is not reliable

My husband received passport request with remedical. They asked to send passport after 4weeks of medical. It seems you also get the remedical request with PPR. Did they said anything like wait after medical?
I am wondering can he submit passport before the 4 weeks of waiting?

Hey, when did he get the request? We got our request on March 1st 2013, my husband only had to do a part of the medical and send it along with passport and a few other documents. They told us to wait 2 weeks and then send it in, so we sent it on the 14th of March and they recieved it on the 19th of March.

I'm not sure why they asked you to wait 4 weeks but you should wait, they must have a reason.
