Hi, luckily I didn't book my ticket yet. I still haven't receive my passport until today. It's almost 2 weeks now after DM.
For the medical test, your wife do need to land in Canada before the expiry date, but I not sure whether they have any other procedure for you or not.

Wow if she has to land before her medical expiry date of May 2nd it will be a problem as i am postponing her ticket for end of may now from 26th april as i just figured out that i will be out of town from end of april till end of may. I thought since they did not send us anything for remed she do not need to land before may2. Anyway she did not get her passport also so will know the validity of the visa only when she receives her passport. I just wish to see the end of this process soon.

Hey everyone, i have a question. I cant really remember when was my police clearance been issued b4 my application, it may be more then 3 months. In the application guide it says it must be issued in between 3 months prior to the application. I am so paranoid right now. Do you think I should send SVO another new one over the mail? where should i send it? the same address where i sent the application?

If they did not ask for an updated police certificate why you want to send it? Since they did not ask i am sure your previous certificate was accepted as is. But again, its upto you. If you wish to send them an updated one you need to send to the singapore address mentioning your file number.

Hi smahmud: Police certificate is valid for 6 months anyways (after it was issued)! I think you probably don't need to worry about it now. However, SVO might ask for it with your Passport...

Thanks for ur replies. I was also thinking of sending them an updated proof package as it is been 6 months till my application. Was just wondering if i should include a new police clearance along with it.

I've followed this topic for a long time and found out very useful info. Im waiting for PPR and wondering whether I should go to Singapore to submit passport in person. I remember somewhere in this topic someone said that he got pp back after just few days. Who knows how to submit pp in person please share experience. Thanks in advance!!!!!!!
