Really discouraging news for spousal / partner applicants going through Singapore. The final stats for 2011 show that Singapore has the lowest approval rate in the world for this class. Other than one other office it's not even close. Here is the list:

i made research some people had false positive so i dont want to jump around yet lol i just took one home test, i will have one tomorrow then doc if positive tomorrow. ::) ???

seeing these numbers makes me so upset. i am sure most of the fraud marriage is the one with highest approval.

Got sponsorship approval in Janary 4, 2012, File transferred to Singapore same day.
Singapore started processing April 10, 2012
ECAS status: In Process from April 13, 2012

Could you please share yor time line?

I don't really have a timeline yet. I'm still waiting for sponsorship approval, which was sent in March. Thank you for sharing that information. Singapore looks like such a long wait compared to other countries. Oh well, it is what it is.

I can see recently SVO many moves in FSW files but no move in FAM class :'( :'( :'( I understand they wanted to bring skill workers but hey I paid tax for all these years so I deserve my husband to be with me ASAP. This is not fair not fair not fair :'( :'( :'( :'(

our life has no value to the immigration.thats all i know, they should open up more visa office instead of having one country reponsible of thousand country's visa then the waiting would be shorter. i am really annoyed of this waiting...

Immigration system is being changed a lot now a days. I hope in future people will not suffer like us. It's eight months I sent my application and 5 months singapore received it. Till now no news :(.
 
Has anyone here applied for CAIPS notes? I'm going to apply for CAIPS notes and wondering if I can sign the application form or if I need my wife to sign it. Thanks.

Your wife should sign it. She can sign the form, scan it and send to you by email. After that you can send the form with yours.

After 4 months my address appear in ecas but no change in status still Application Received. :((((

After reding your email, I checked ecas. My husbnad's address also appears after Januray 27, 2012. But no change of status. It's In process.
 
i havent checked my ecas for 4weeks, who knows maybe theres a surprise waiting for me lol i dont even think any change has been made anyways.. :o
