is it still showing "Application Received" or is it showing "In Process" ??

My husband's ecas shows : "Application Received. We received your application for Permanent Residence in Nov, 2012. Medical results have been received." Does not show "In process". His address has diappeared since Feb, 2012.

My e-cas (sponsorship) shows : "Decision made and file has been transferred to Singapore ".

Hi Shaheenaz,
yeah, took 8 months, same as Shiny.
Not sure what you mean by AOR. I just saw on e-cas, 'we have recieved **** ***** application for permanent residence on March 10th, 2011.' It should show the same on your e-cas if and when Singapore received.
edit. I(or my wife) didn't receive any letter or email stating that Singapore received my wifes application. I only saw this on my e-cas.
Sry, not sure either about what you mean 'is there any way out'? I'd assume you can always withdraw yours or your spouses application if that's what you mean.
Did you ever see "Medical results have been received" on your wife's E-CAS (for Permanent Residence) ? Do you see your wife's address on her E-CAS for Application for Permanent Residence? Sorry that I confused you. By AOR, I meant if you have ever received any Acknowledgement of Receipt (AOR) from Singapore and I got your answer that you did not. Sorry again; by "is there any way out, I meant if there is a way to know if Singapore has received my husband's Application for Permanent Residence. Thanks.

From everything i read, most of the appeal are successful, and yes they need a lawyer. They should not reapply without appealing otherwise it might get refused for the same reason as the first refusal. I cant give you any more specific info.

No, you are never required to have a lawyer although they do have the option to have someone represent them, such as a lawyer.

yes i saw decision made with medical recieved. i took around 2 weeks to see decision made with medical after submitting ma pp. good luck.

Hi Suva

Where did you submitted your file from BD or from UK?

Did you provide two police verification one for BD and one for UK along with your file?

Is Singapore going to do the police verification for any of the country for you, or you did both country's police verification on your own and sent with your file?

Thank you Suva
