End of December to CPC-M or end of December arriving at SVO?

arrived end of December at Mississauga. But it was straightforward case. the husband is Canadian citizen who lived 5 years in Thailand married since 3 years moved back to Canada for job early November 2015.

Reads well!!! Good news as long as they follow through. I particularly like..

"If you have not yet submitted an application to sponsor your spouse or partner but plan to do so, the application will not be dealt with as part of our backlog reduction efforts, but it will be processed as quickly as possible."

My wife know an another women in Thailand who got passport request last Friday and they are end of December applicant.
So 2016 applicant will begin soon
