Aah ok. Thank you for that:) your posts give me hope!

Not much of a travel history,he's just been between malaysia and Singapore for work purposes. Every weekend that comes around I keep hoping for an update!

My wife is 22, never left Indonesia and never had any sort of position that requires them looking very deep into and definitely never served in the military. I imagine her checks won't take very long lol

I really wonder why they seemed to focus on your income/business life more than your relationship/marriage.

It seems very odd to me.

Also, the reported trafficking claim.. That right there would be my best guess why you went from Recommend Pass to Interview.

Almost like someone tried to sabotage you.
Yes that was a big surprise for me as well!
Anyways, they asked me to pay RPRF and do remedical.

Thank you.

Have any of you who applied for GCMS notes 1st week of May got reply yet?
Also have anyone tried contacting local MP about the hold up and/or knows how to contact them?

GCMS notes take at least 30 calendar days, starting from the date the request is processed. Usually the next business day, but it can be a couple of days before the request is processed. So unless it is way past 30 calendar days, you can relax and wait for 2 weeks before you check to see if something is wrong. There's still 1 week left before end of May, and you applied the 1st week of May...it's only been 3 weeks maximum.

If you ordered notes before, and followed the same process, there's no reason why the application would have any problems.

It takes up to 30 days to process. The first time I ordered notes I got them in 12 days.

I ordered on May 2. Deadline is June 1.

I also went to my MP to ask why countries with longer processing times (India) than my wife's country were getting DM in a month. The assistant I spoke with didn't seem to believe me and said they would inquire about my file. Haven't heard anything back.

As for how to contact them, I didn't bother calling or emailing them I just went to the office. You can google your MP address. There will be a link where you put your postal code and it will tell you where to go.

You got lucky for getting them so quickly.

I have ordered them a few times, and the fastest was 31 calendar days, longest was 38.

I also ordered the notes for my wife's TRV. After 30 days no notes. Sent an email gently reminding them the deadline passed. Got them the next day.

Hi everyone,

I woke up this morning and saw a miss call from my wife at 2am. I knew something happened. I knew we either received the PPR email, or the PPR email was sent to us.

and YES, WE RECEIVED THE PPR!!! Congratulation to us. And sorry 5CAD (for the GCMS notes I ordered end of April), you have died in vain...

To anyone who share the same timeline and situation with us (i.e. filed the application in Sep 2015, recommended waived for interview around Jan 2016), expect the PPR soon!!

Congrats to you guys, hope you get the visa, which I'm sure you will given that you already got "Recommend Waived" for interview. However, I won't pop the champagne until you physically see the visa in her passport, because you don't want to end up like this guy (I've seen this happen 4x on the forum to Vietnmaese)

The guy messaged me just last week saying she actually got refused :(

Thank you MikeyMyke for reminding us. What you advise us is also stated in the PPR email. CIC always makes sure they hold the handle of the knife, not the blade ??? ???

However, the email is also mark as Urgent, stating that the VISA will be expired on Aug 16 2016 (the expiry date of my wife's medical exam). Is this a good sign?
