My ECAS recently get updated to "In process" the January 16 2014, but I didn't received any e-mail from Singapore requesting document/passport like I see in other applicants.
I verified in my junk mail and in my wife's email, but nothing... Does anyone having the situation as me?

My wife is from Vietnam and i am from Quebec just in case you guys need this info.

How do you know SO has received your medical exam or not? ECAS wouldn't tell you about this information, would it?

No worries you will be contacted by visa officer. It takes time based on visa officer. Can you share when did you apply and when sponsorship was approved & your file was transferred to Singapore?

Here is my timeline:

Canada received our paper: January 24 2013
Canada accept Sponsorship: Feb 19 2013
Quebec Received CSQ: Feb 26 2013
File arrived in Singapore: Feb 28 2013
CSQ Accepted: March 22 2013
ECAS In process: January 16 2014

ur husband's police clearance is ready? it takes too much time ..

I can't tell you exactly but it's not so relevant. Your medical is only good for one year anyway which may or may not be long enough regardless. Are you worried the applicant might not pass? If not it's just a thing. Your medical is transferred quickly and won't be the thing to delay you unless you think there's a problem. Police checks are generally more time consuming. What is your timeline?

I think mine said application received for about 26 months. Then it went in process. Ibelieve you have to actually click on application received to have the medical come up. The IOM refused to let us redo our medical until they physically saw the request from CIC and quite rightly as I think they got it to CIC in three days and made the appointment quickly. As far as processing time everyone is different. There is a spreadsheet you can look at to see other people's timelines. Expect the worst and hope for the best. Prepare for the worst I should say. As for the medical, I'm afraid it's unlikely your application would be done by August if Singapore only got it in October. So you'll more than likely be redoing it anyway. It's an inconvenience of money rather than time. As I've said before, immigration is an exercise in patience. I hope yours goes through quickly. Good luck.
