Did you provide e-mail address of your husband? If yes sure they send there.
You know my two friend one receive by post and one receive by e-mail who provide e-mail.

that sucks on our pr, we didnt put any email id for him, but on the last trv we did but the thing is am not sure if he put the corect email adress, i think he put com instead of ca on his hotmail ,am confused. so now i dont know whats gonna happen , i will tell him to go to the post office in amisha today.thank u

One best option for you if you did not see any post mail.
Send an e-mail to Singapore Vo as your husband. Tell you did not receive nothing and if they send thing by post mail they will tell if not they may resend same package as e-mail reply. Good luck.

Could take 2 months to 6 months from. It is vary case to case.
Last successful interview passed until visa in hand took 4 months.

Oneway always expensive. Last time for my wife i pay 910 CAD by Gulf airways Dhaka-Bahrain-London-Montreal. Bahrain and London was 2 hours transits each. For my two ways i paid 1400 with Gulf and British Airways.
Oneway from Here is cheaper than oneway from Dhaka.
When i went, i tried with Qatar Airways one way 1370 from Dhaka and Two ways 1410 only 40 $ different.
All price are vary to vary. Dec 05- Jan 07 is higher season price .
