everyone please pray my husband will submit his tvr in couples of hours! am already freaking out lol hope it works! this time. hope the officer have mercy on us! this is the biggest gift my little girl can have her father with her at her birth! tonight am having a night shift i will be freaking the whole night out.....i will be freaking until the day the officer call for the news..i will spend the next couples of days freaking.. :lmaooo ;D

hello shiny i,m very well.sometimes i cheack this forum & cheak e-cas to see if you guys have any news i do,t write anything cause i have nothing to write .i have not heard anything from svo unfortunatly . i have no baby yet. hope we all get some good news soon .we can all feel each others tormented pain i wish you good luck with your new trv.thanks.

thanks i hope so. let me know when u get news about your tvr. before feb 2012 they used to process tvr in bd now they send it to singapore and they deal with it.so the waiting is longer than 14 days,now is approx. 20days once singapore reveive the app. the officer in dhaka said to my hubby to start checking his email after 10days to wait for email when to come to pick up his passport. Well all i know is if they ask for an interview its posivite. also the officer in dhaka was helpful he was telling my husband what was missing and checked if there were mistakes or anything. i cant wait.........am excited and creeping out lol

Hello Jimbob,

The timeline is about 14 months. I submitted my application back in August 2011 and status just changed to Ïn Process".

Here is my timeline after 14 months:

- Application mail to CPC-Mississauga August 8th , 2011. ECAS= Application Received
- AOR Received by CPC-Mississauga August 9th , 2011. ECAS= Application Received
- File Transfer to Singapore November 7th , 2011. ECAS= Application Received
- September 19th 2012. ECAS= In Process
- October 8th 2012 requested from Singapore VO to re-medical & submitting Passport.

I hope this will give you some idea of the timeline.

Hello again Folks,

Thanks to Bold 9900 and Shiny 88 for your replies. It seems to me, the time is about 11 months from the date when Singapore receives the application.
It's really hard to understand why CIC can't be more pro-active. I think it's great that they are going after the 3300 or so applicants that have questionable applications. But why can't they improve the service and reduce waiting times at the same time...the goal should be to improve the service overall in a timely fashion.
No excuses necessary....good luck to everyone...
