What is the point of picking on others? People come here to seek help, offer help and share information that may be helpful.
Fraud is everywhere, it has no border. No particular country is immune from it. You can use Google and search "[country name] visa fraud", you will find millions of results.
Taking criticism is not easy, and accepting it is more difficult but it'll help you grow and learn lessons of life.

people should not post and use any language just because they have a keyboard and free to write anything here. they must use their senses while posting anything and others should think couple of times before opting to be the para paraphernalia of the member who posted something abnormal.

After receiving file, Singapore first open the file, note down all the information, check all the forms. If everything is ready than it goes for review by a visa officer. Visa offier will take the decission whether your relationship is genuine or not. If he is satisfied that the sponsored person is a member of Familly class, then it will be written as "Eligibility: Passed". So you don't need any interview at this stage. But they have right for interview any time during the whole processing time. At this stage Singapore updates the ECAS status as "In Process". The date they say started the processing is actually is the date VO takes the decission Eligibilty Passed. I found this in my GCMS notes. I think that's why all people who see In Process do not require to attend interview.
I am not sure exactly when they start security and criminality check. But I am sure Singapore asks for passport after getting these clearence. It varies from person to person. I heard normal check takes avg 3 months.
Singapore asks for passport at the end of processing where as some other visa office like New dellhi asks at the beginning.
Whatever I am saying here is completely based on the cases I have read here and my experience with Singapore. So May be I am not 100% right.

Could be VFS. They always check your criticality even if you provide PCC .

Do you understand that anyone can give you such sources for the best of the countries in the world, do you consider these sources as credible, discrete sampling is not the way to define a system and a country. I think I can help you. I paid online through the credit card. There is a option for online payment. In fact I sent the request by email and asked them to send it by email. There was no problem. I got the GCMS notes within one month.
One more thing be careful about the electronic file and physical file. You should check the electronic file as it will not delay your case. and check the box "Application status".
If you have any other question let me know.

I agree carries a huge weight and this must not be used abruptly. Insanity is a different issue but you are certainly not one of them I believe. Statistics are not crap, they justify our thoughts and ensure the credibility of our information we post. I said over the years of my presence here in this forum, I felt like there has been more interviews for the sub Continental applicants. and you all know the reason for an Interview, when they feel any doubt and find any discrepancies, they call applicants for an interview. so are you now gonna start saying that VO does not like you so he called you for an Interview? NO, they want the transparency to be established in the system. you need to be open minded, accept things with sources and reject those with none. you even spread your anger like a virus to other members and or the other way they intentionally injected the virus from you for no good reason. Looking at my posts in this thread, I have only tried to help not spreading hatred like some of you did against me. isnt that sad you think? you dont have to dislike me coz I dont want you to get rejected in your interview rather I'd help you until the end like I did to many others.

I still agree with that post. I have seen your links. Tell you what there is two groups of people in the society. When you put a glass with half full with water in front of both groups. One group says it is half empty and other says it is half full. I think Shiny ,Amy and myself is from second group who sees the glass half full and dream to make the glass full one day.I love to be that way and I still have hope for better life better future better BANGLADESH.
