Please help!
My mother needs to provide a CoC, but she has lost her NRIC number (she was born in Singapore but left in 1977!). ICA refuse to provide her NRIC number. So therefore she cannot create a SingPass to then apply for a CoC. She has never had a FIN number either.
We've called and emailed SPF and they have been unhelpful.
Any advice welcome please and thank you!

If you have her birth certificate, look for the number on the top right hand corner of the certificate. Add the letter S in front of that number. That's her NRIC.
