Hi guys,

I logged into their portal and see my COC application status is approved (changed from pending fingerprint). What does that mean? Does it mean my Cert is ready?

Sorry for asking, cause I tried to call them the whole day but unable to reach them. I emailed them but received an auto reply that they will response in 5 days :-\

One more question: what is their status list? Is there another status after this status "Approved"?

not sure whether it is a standard process from SPF but SPF sent me an email notification stating that my COC was approved and ready for collection.

Did you received this type of email ?
Have you provided all the required documents (fingerprints, etc ...) ?

Yep, before that, it said pending fingerprint even though my fingerprint hard copy reach their office 7 days ago. Yesterdays it change to approved but I don't receive any email saying that it ready to collect or anything. Which make me wondering whether they have another status call "Ready to collect" or something like that.

Just to update. They actually finish the COC, and it's ready to be collected. They just didn't send out the email yet until today.

Thanks for update the final status result. Could I ask you about how long was the process to change the status from pending fingerprint to actually reciving the hard copy of COC?
My current status is still pending fingerprint at the moment
