Singapore - Passport Request

Dear Friends

I just received a letter asking me to send the passport to visa application center.
I am staying in Singapore
May I know if anyone has ideas, experience how long usually it takes before the passport is returned back and ready to be collected? I am applying for family .

According to the letter , it is usually one month? Does it really take that long?

I received the PPR on my CIC online account.
There is an email message that notified me of " an action is required" and this is the case.

Bump on this thread!
According to the passport request " please allow one month to process passport and you may contact embassy if this one month passed"

Has anyone have experienced this? If so, do they answer your queries when you call the high commission or embassy.

Too bad, something urgent pops up, and we might need the passport 2 days after the one month since we submit our passport....

Appreciate some inputs...

3 weeks for me

hi, i just checked and my application says approved and that counterfoil details as shown.
However , as checked on the VAC track passport , it is still processing in the office. I wonder if my passport will be sent on back to the VAC office for collection soon as I would need it in 5 days time :-( . Is it the same case as yours?
