Singapore COC Status Help

goodevening , from Philippines, i cant get COC from Singapore, i dont have any record from them, they are asking my FIN, and i cant provide that anymore , even my old passport was gone, i work yhere from 1985 to 1994, thanks

Hi there. Did it work for you? I am in a similar situation. I have the FIN number, i have a picture of the front part of the NRIC card but not the back part and don't have the card anymore. Do you have any advice on what I can do here?
