Why Singapore office makes a long delay to go for in process. as before they were very fast.

I have the same idea as you do , so I Just sent the inquiry about a long delay for processing for my federal investor case .I had an interview 7 months ago , but now I have received nothing from CIC ( Singapore ) office.

DO you have any Idea that Singapore CHC has change there timeline which they followed earlier?

As we can see they are delay in all processing.............

Hi Munimehek !
I do not think Singapore office has changed timeline , from what I heared that the staff of Sin office has been currently changed .How about your idea ?
Hanh.

Hi Hanh

Thanks for your reply.... If it is true that Singapore office has changed staf currently.....................Then I think this is one of the reason for dealy.... But if they do work systematically....then that will not be the main reason for delay..............

What you all think?

In my opinion, Singapore CHC is overwhelmed by the increasing number of applications under NOC 38. The new fast-track system
has deadlines to meet.

The old cases(before Feb 2008) are almost "permanently" put on hold. From the forum, one can realise there is almost zero movement in the old cases.

Old problems are not solved, create new problems with deadlines
to solve is the main problem.

I did my medicals in Oct. 2009. Now is May 2010; 7 months ago,
still nothing.

Fully agreed with tran. Wish I could strike $6 mil toto so that I do not need to wait for so long. >:(

Its really Surprising that CHC-SG is really slow.but Why

Hi Tran !
Did you receive PPR from Sin visa office ? Has it taken 9 months already from your medicals ? By the way , what is your nationality ?
wish you all the best ! :)

Guys n Girls

May I know from which source you have heard this information of change of staff in CHC Singapore? Coz, I have read the same in one post here by a 4131 applicant whos file has been rejected even though he scored 82 points. Their File has been rejected by a lady IO - I forgot her name, it starts with "P", and that applicant has come to know that she has recently been transfered to Singapore from New Delhi.

All of your speculations do make sense, more n more applications from 38 list along with old ones, they have gone nuts. At Whatever speed they are cruizing, we have no other option other than waiting !

I got my 2nd AOR quite fast from Singapore, I received my 2nd AOR from Singapore within less than two weeks after sending the Full docs.

Hi Hanh,

I have received my PR visa in late June, and I plan to land in late August. I'm a Singaporean living in HCMC.

Everyones asking this same question:

As the new categories got announced. No more reapplying option for many NOCs.
IO's gonna be lenient on reviewing the full docs or the'd be Strict than before.

hello ! Congratulations again . I sent full documents on june 07 ,10 and e status shows received by visa office .since then i havent received any AOR from singapore visa office . Any thing wrong with my application ?janathan, could you please comment .

"Received by Visa Office"

It means, your full docs are pending review by an IO. no more AOR from CHC Singapore.
June Full docs senders should get their medical by January 2011 or before if as I guess that the numbers of 0213 and 4131 applications those had been reaching before the new NOC list was announced has stopped now. so IO's will get more time to asses the 38 list's full docs, hence reducing the backlog.

Hi Tran ,
Thanks for your reply . I did my medicals almost two months and i have received nothing from Singapore CHC . Please keep in touch with us .
Have a nice journey in August !
