My details are: OINP Nomination 24-Nov-2016, ITA-29-Nov-2016, E-Apr AOR is 30-Dec-2016, Med Pass 13-Jan-2017, BG NN to IP 04-March-2017, PPR 06-March-2017.

Thank you very to all the good people in this awesome forum for helping me out throughout the whole process.

Congratulations Brother.

I am paper-based (MPNP) applicant from Dhaka and recently got AOR from SGVO. I have paid RPRF upfront. Would you please share your views about upfront Medical.

I'm not sure about paper based applications. I think you will need to wait until you get your medical request. But for us express entry applicants, we just walk into the center and ask them to do upfront medical.

Please don't count on my suggestion, I'm not very sure about it. Let any senior answer your query.

Hey Bala ,
My ceritificate of clearence appeal got rejected as I did not submit the invitation letter. I just submitted the form provided in the CIC site. Now i can submit the one with express entry profile. But problem is they also want the same for my wife. They want her name to be in th invitation letter. How can i handle it ?

Thanks ,

Its so stupid, the ITA clearly shows that I have an accompanying spouse, which I used to for the appeal for my foreign spouse. I mean since in Singapore we are only allowed to have 1 spouse and if the marriage cert is presented to establish the relationship between me and my spouse, why can't it be accepted?
SPF is asking for an official letter clearly stating my spouse's name as if I want to appeal for a police cert for someone else other than my spouse. It is so annoying.

Can I just check, are you and your spouse(if any) singaporean pp holders or working in Sg with valid pass. I ask cause my spouse is foreigner with no pass to SG, and I'm wondering if we need to submit our passports for stamping, will we be submitting to the same visa office or will my spouse be submitting his passport to a visa office in his home town.

I believe both passports need to be sent to SGVO for final processing. You may raise a CSE to change "stamping VO" but that's probably not the best idea and would take forever for them to process (you should check with an experienced immigration lawyer on this though)

What I feel is easier would be for your husband to mail you his passport and you submit both to SGVO via vfs.
