Heartiest Congrats!!

My primary office is SGVO and secondary Ottawa.
May I know from when have you calculated your 6 months 1 day date.

my e-Aor is 29th Nov 2015 but my last updated date is 20th Jan 2016.
I think that is when all the pending docs like PCC were submitted.

Also can you please let us know how long does it take to get visa once after PPR, cause I have to make travel arrangement of my wife, she needs to go to India urgently but has to hold back cause of waiting for PPR issue.

Thanks much..

Thanks a lot.

My calculation is 6 month 1 day from AOR , I also have submitted PCC 12 days after my AOR.

Btw CIC's definition of 6months is not from AOR , it's from R10.

Will update you on COPR.

Thanks a lot on this front . My e-AOR was on 29th Nov, so according to that calculation i`m in 8th month already.
I recently got my GCMS notes which show the status until 15th of June.

Can you please inform me what is R10 and the details of which where I can find?

Thanks

Thanks much... I think my R10(all docs complete ) was on 20th Jan.. then the status was updated and the file was sent to SGVO on 25th Jan.. I think my status has been pending since without any movement..

So I would complete my 6 months on 20th of July by that measure...

May I know how even though being from Singapore your visa office was OTTAWA?

Thanks.

That is still a mystery, I have seen few other outlands all around the world had similar experience. I found one common link with RKCK that we both hold valid visas of Canada, this is just a speculation.

More logical deduction is SGVO is overloaded and it was merely a case of workload distribution.

Ha ha.. Yeah ...

My secondary office is CPC-Ottawa.. SGVO is not responding at all.. I`m thinking of writing to Ottawa office but I read that they will respond to queries originating US and Canada only.. any insight here?

They could have if your application was still at Ottawa, since your application is with SGVO they can't do much. VOs are very good at not responding, specially if your application has not passed average processing time.

Hi Mr.Tee,

For the CSE bank statements, may I know the format of bank statement? Is it 6 months of bank statement or its FD account or is any other form of bank statement? Also please state the number of months shown?

If I show in FD account of last 1 month, is it acceptable?

When I went to DBS, they provided a letter in their standard format. They didn't provide in the format as mentioned on the IRCC website. Anyways, they do mention the account start date and current funds in the account along with your NRIC or passport. You will have to attach your account statement for the last 6 months.

I did not submit any letter, just 6 months of statement
