SIN, lost my card

Due to life's mess, I cant find my SIN card (number).
Where would that SIN number be used/printed on that I can look up, Perm Card, IETLS cert?
I just need the number (right now) I'll re-apply for a new card later.

It will be on any tax return. Also any T4 form or similar that is related to taxation.
