MySIN Number is expired. I applied for PR and it is still under review. I have renewed my work permit but I don’t know if it is possible to renew my SIN also. I want to open Savings account at TD but can I use my expired SIN for that?

Yes it is possible and you have to renew your SIN based on the new WP you received. The number will be the same, they will just update the expiry date to match your work permit.
When you get PR you can apply for a new SIN.

I don't know, I imagine it is as per the policy of the bank/credit union you are approaching (my guess is no).
Ask them.

Why don’t you extend your SIN? For a variety of reasons you need a valid SIN#.

I will but i didnt get my work permit yet
