if someones sin number expierd and he forget to renew it then , what hoe should do? because right now everything is closed so how we can renew it

Go online to Service Canada's website and check what you options are.

I did but there is no option to renew. Honestly what we have to do to change our expiry date of sin number

You can apply it online. I did it last month and just received the renewed SIN paper today.

About a month. I submitted the documents online on April 7th and received the paper by mail on May 5th.
