SIN application online while overseas

I understand that SIN application is now open online. My family will be coming over this July 18 in Ottawa as PR. Is it possible to do it while we are still overseas and can we use the airbnb address in our application of SIN.

1. No, as you have not "landed" and don't have a signed COPR.

Sorry l forgot to mention that we landed last Dec 2019 for 2 weeks stay only. We will be coming back for good this July 2020
