WITH THE GRACE OF GOD YESTERDAY I RECEIVED AOR FROM BUFFALO VISA OFFICE. ;D

NOW MY QUESTIONS ARE

1) I HAVE NOT SUBMITTED MY FBI YET. SO, SHOULD I SUBMIT IT RIGHT NOW OF IT IS ADVISABLE THAT I WAIT FOR THEIR CALL? (I GOT FBI CLEARANCE AFTER SUBMITTING THE DOCUMENT. )

2) CAN ANYBODY TELL ME, HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO CHANGE STATUS FROM "RECEIVED BY VISA OFFICE" TO "IN PROCESS"?

1. Send you FBI certificate as you now have a file no.
2. Does it matter? It will take about 6-12 months for the application to be processed.

Does the CHC calculate the time of processing (6 to 12 month) from the time of receiving the full application or from the date of in process which is mentioned by online status??

Does the CHC calculate the time of processing (6 to 12 month) from the time of receiving the full application or from the date of in process which is mentioned by online status??

I don't think they have the time to figure out all those different timelines. It's probably from the start of processing.
