Hello,

I'm going to apply for student visa in 10 days for winter 2012 session and wish to know certain questions. Kindly help asap..

1. My husband wishes to apply visitor visa immediately after I will be issued student visa. I know chances are damn low that the visa is issued but we want to spend Christmas and New Year eve together. I shall be applying visa from India and my husband will be applying from London because we live in Ireland at the moment. The question is that in the 'Family information form' should I tick that my husband will be accompanying me to Canada or not?

Why don't you include him in the same application? What is the risk?

the risk is that i'm applying in india and he is applying in london coz my irish visa is over and i'm returning to india and he is doing job in ireland at the moment. also, if we apply together, rejection of both applications is quite normal..
