Hi,

I have a simple caution in the police records of UK, which is not a criminal conviction. I was in prison for 3-4 hrs and was given a warring. It was a silly mistake which I did in my life. That's the first and last.

Now my fiance lives in Canada. Is there a possibility for me to enter Canada as dependent, if my Spouse sponsor's me.

Thanks,
Bunny123

As mentioned above, it really depends on the nature of the offense. What may seems silly to you, may not be silly to Canada.

What may be a minor offense in UK, may be in fact a major offense in Canada. But chances if it is a minor offense, it probably considered a minor offense in Canada.

What was it for? It sounds like you should be able to be sponsored. You would be eligible to be sponsored even with a criminal conviction (for some things) if a certain amount of time has passed since the end of the sentence, so most likely whatever you did will not impact your application.
