SIM card at YVR Airport?

Hi, is there any way of getting a prepaid SIM card in the YVR airport? I’ve seen there’s only one place that sells them but it’s in the domestic arrivals, and due to COVID I’m not sure if I’m able to go there before leaving? I need a local number in order to set my buzzer to get a real number.. I’m not vaccinated so I need to quarantine.
Or maybe in either LAX airport or Atlanta airport? I just need something for a day or two so I can get my long term plan.

Not sure if you can get one in YVR but you can definitely get one in most 7/11, which you should be able to find pretty quickly upon arrival
