I am on the sponsor questionnaire. There is a question that asks:

"Do your friends and family know about your relationship to your spouse?"

How many friends should I list? If I include all of the people that attended our wedding it would be almost 200 people. Are they really asking for close friends?

I listed all of my family....I do not have a huge family. And then listed my closest friends...you probably do not need to go overboard. Probably just list your core group of friends.

If you're working on IMM5540, question #13, you don't need to fill out the box unless your answer is "No".

You would list your family and close friends at Q#14. You don't need to list more than the 6 lines given.
