Silence after AOR

I applied August 7, 2023. Received AOR September 13. Since then, nothing has moved. No background check, no test invitation. Everyone else in my timeframe already got it.

What could be going on_

Call them and ask if you passed any stage

I tried calling but no luck with IRCC. If there are others in this forum, write here so that we can update each other!
