Hello everyone,

I am applying for common law spouse inland application and there are three documents that needs to be signed.
IMM 1344 (Application to Sponsor, Sponsorship Agreement and Undertaking): on this document, it's asking for just to type the names of sponsor and principal applicant and dates of signatures. we did that and its validated.
IMM 5532: (Relationship Information and Sponsorship Evaluation Form): do I have to print this document and hand sign it or can I e-sign it ?

Thanks.

Sorry, I don’t understand. Can you explain what you did exactly. You saved it as pdf and e sign it or you saved it as pdf and print it and sign it?
Sorry. Ctrl P the PDF > Choose the printer to be "Microsoft Print to PDF" - that way you will be able to e sign the form. No need to print anything into papers. Hope it makes sense this time

You can use the annotate function in preview on macos (google if not clear), adobe acrobat reader has a menu function 'e-sign.' In both cases you basically scan or touchpad a 'signature' and then you can insert and re-size that electronic signature within the document. You save a copy of that and send that finalized version.
