Signature on the forms - spousal application via online

There are at least three forms that requires a digital signature.

IMM5532
IMM1344

The form specifically says not to print, scan and upload these pdfs, so what is the correct action here for signatures?

The instruction says to Print to PDF and digitally sign.

i) Print to PDF option have been removed from the newer Adobe Acrobat Reader.

We tried Adobe Acrobat pro (pro) and lots of other options.

ii) You can't type in the signature fields.

Apparently Firefox can type in the signature fields.




We opened these forms in Firefox, typed name in the signature fields, saved to the same pdfs and uploaded those. But the data didn't lock in the pdfs (its still editable). Anyone did the same?

Use Windows Adobe Version. Apple is really not suitable for these forms, it’s a headache.

Fill up the form, then print to PDF, then this new version open and signed using Adobe or similar software.

There is no print to pdf on windows or mac.

Again, the newer version of Adobe Reader don't come with Print to PDF option.

Works fine with Adobe Acrobat 2023.001.20143 version
