Hello, I'm new here, it's really a great place!!!

I have a question for sponsoring my mother to immigrate to Canada: she is NOT in Canada, how should I do to have her sign the documents for e.g. 0008 and 1344? I will be her representative, can I scan the signature page on my end and email to her, then she print->sign->rescan->email to me? While the quality of that page won’t be “great”. Thank you.

For you all information: every time you change / validate the PDF, a new code will appear on the bottom right. I guess you must make sure that code being identical for all pages whiling doing this.

No must be signed so you’ll have to courier.

Some people said scanned copies are OK. But we sent via courier since we needs to get my MIL's photos anyway.

scanned copies work? really? That's one way to save some money I guess.

@Flynn that might be an option for you. Cheaper.

Some of the applicants called and got that. Don't quote me on that, I sent the actual signed pages.

Personally, I won't risk this for a little bit of money. (It costed us $30 Cnd for the package including photos)

Regardless, have the original ready and send them when requested.

I wouldn't send scanned copies either. It doesn't cost much to courier anyway.

But I am not the one who had an eye popping reaction!
