What about Use of Representative (IMM 5476) - I have a stylus (Surface Pro 4) so I could easily sign as representative.
But my in-law (applying for supervisa) is in another country, and she does not have stylus etc.. do I need to send it to her, have it printed out, have her sign it, then scan it again? Is there any easier way?
