I`ve applied PR under live-in caregiver class on JUN 2011，and my owp will be expired on 2016,

I married a Canadian this September，and my baby will be born on Jan 2013.

Therefore, my husband strongly demand to apply the sponsorship immigration.

I don`t think it is necessary......

Is it will faster than my previous application?

Is it will faster than my previous application?

1. Processing time for LCP to PR is 32 months. So you have about 15 months to go.
2. An in-Canada spousal application 14 months. An out of Canada spousal processed through Mississauga/Ottawa 32 days + 12 months. So it really isn't going to make a difference, by the time you get the documents.

well, i saw the timeline in LCP, now it's 2012 September.maybe shorter than 15mons, but case by case.
