Hi. Just wondering if there is a hidden program am not aware of to sponsor my sister and her son. I found this program on Canada.ca website (Sponsor Relatives) but she doesn't qualify to it. Any suggestion would be appreciated. Thanks!!!

Well this is new. There is no such thing as "Hidden Program". All the information are posted on the IRCC website. And if any immigration consultant is saying otherwise, run the other way before being scammed out of a ton of money!

For your sister, she has to qualify on her own merits and get it through either PNP or Express Entry and she could include her son into the application. She will get 15 points in addition from you if you're PR/citizen of Canada.

As said above, there are no hidden programs. All immigration programs are published on the IRCC web site.

The only option you have to sponsor your sister is if you are single, have no children, both of your parents are deceased and you have no other family members in Canada, then you can sponsor her under the Lonely Canadian program which takes approximately three years.

Otherwise she has to qualify on her own through an economic immigration stream.
