When I applied for my PR, my half sibling was not listed in the application since I didn’t their whereabouts. Now situation arrives when I need to sponsor that person.

Please be noted that this person is recently orphaned and no one is here to look after.

You generally cannot sponsor siblings. Under what circumstances are you trying to sponsor your half-sister?

1. You didn't disclose your family details - that's misrepresentation
2. You cann't sponsor your sibling under any circumstances

2. You cann't sponsor your sibling under any circumstances
1. Probably TRUE, but it depends on whether such failure to disclose would cause an error in the administration of IRPA or IRPR.
2. FALSE. Under certain circumstances such sponsorship is possible. It depends on the exact circumstances of both the potential sponsor and applicant.

At the time of my application I didn’t know this person’s whereabouts, how do I include?

You can sponsor under two different circumstances.

At the time of the application, did you know of this person's existence, regardless of whether you knew where they were?

That situation is not there anymore. Now I meet LICO.

You made 36K in 2016. How did you make up +20K in income from 2016?

“A family of 4 (including parents) and the minimum income with the co-signer for last three years:

2015 - $51,654
2016 - $36,190
2017 - $49,619

I know this doesn't meet the LICO, however, now my yearly income is $95,000. It's a salaried job and can show proof of income from the company. “

hello @sam_yi, I just wonder did you include your undeclared sibling? did that work? I have a similar situation but I'm not sponsoring them, just want to know what happend with your undeclared sibling?
