Hi,

I am Canada Citizen, Single. Can i sponsor my brother who is 44, single and highly qualified. My parents are deceased, but i have a step mother. I have no relatives in Canada.

Please guide. Thanks

If parents, grandparents are deceased and you have no children, it is possible. Look at requirements.

Already said but you should be eligible. Read the requirements. Step mother is not a blood relative unless she adopted you.
