Showing proof of funds; please help

HI Rocky,

SETTLEMENT FUNDS
(Refer to the "Proof of Funds" section of our Web site or the Guide for Federal Skilled Worker Applicants for exact figures and instructions.)
You must provide evidence of all unencumbered transferable funds you have available for settlement in Canada, including evidence of the accumulation of those funds. This must include a bank statement(s) showing all transactions for the last six months with a current balance at least equivalent to the minimum required funds. A letter of solvency providing the current balance of your accounts(s) or the average credits and debits in your account(s) is not acceptable evidence.
If you have recently deposited a large amount of money into your bank account, you must clearly explain the provenance of these funds (ex. Sale of property, inheritance, etc.) and provide supporting evidence

Can u please confirm that the above rule applicable for all visa offices.. ( or only for Damascus) Coz i heared this first time . Mine is London office. My consultant never asked for such documents.... Please advice ...Apreciate u'r prompt replys. Thanks in advance

Currently this extract was taken from Damascus Visa office checklist. London is different and I do not think it is the same.

HI forum members..i need ur assisstance..for the following..

my father needs to give me money for the bank statement..after selling some agricultural stuff he does..
..if put money in the bank stment.at the time of application then will it matter and should the money be remained in the bank until the decision from CIO..wat after submiting the application i withdraw for one or two months and then after getting visa take the statement withur self..


i hope you would suggest best..
