Why do u look 'only' for a job@Canada? Given u guys' exposure he can establish a business there as well. As u said he's good at it in India, he'd surely be successful in Canada as well.

Also note, u r not alone in that dichotomy... there r many many applicants who r into business already & yet migrating to Canada. And also, there r many many success stories of such ppl having established their business [w/out relinquishing their homeland's one] again in Canada too.

As for your own job scenario... initially it'd be tough, but sooner or later u'd work. Many many of our lady wives do work in Canada -with or w/out any previous experience.

Remember, perseverance does pay !

@ explorer, i just want to say one thing that if u were in my situation , u would be in a mental hospital. i am trying to collect sympathy but i am facing so much problems from my in laws side that i cant explain.
i just know one thing that god has given me a opportunity to leave behind these things.
@ qorax& others, can u plz tell me what kind of jobs would be available 4 me.
i have done graduation in commerce & postgraduation in business administration(marketing )
& i have one year experience in customer sales & a few months exp in tele sales
being a matric, which type of jobs would be available for my husband.
beside this if we have investment of Rs.50 lacs (indian currency) can he start a business over there & of which type?
thanks in advance

Your family will have lots of opportunities there in Canada, you can understand only if you go and see there.

If you people have the ability, you can manage your business in both the countries(India & Canada) together.

Everything is possible if you starts......

No doubt that you and your family would have to restart a fresh in Canada. Your husband is successful in his venture here and why cant be he successful in Canada with the expereince he gained in India. Drycleaners/ florist need small capital and having good returns. Read the story of Mr Arora who was lawyer in India and now doing good business in Canada. http://www.centennialcollege.ca/

In Canada most employers want Canadian education and /or Canadian experience to give job. I suggest you do some sort of short dimploma in your field and that will assist you in securing good job. Check the universities / colleges for details. 1-2 years of initial struggle is bound to be there but after that you and your family would have satisfying life in that beautiful country. See the ultimate target than the struggle to be made by you and your family.

Getting a job in Canada is not that easy for everyone. You will have to spend some time localizing yourself there. See as you said, your husband is smart then as one of the fourm members: ACCOUNTS said, you can complete the landing formalities and then send your husband back to wrap up the business slowly and meanwhile you can look for a job and start earning and create a base. Once the wheel start rolling then your husband can come back and either he can study there or start his own business.

Migrating in another country is a very big decision. It means completely a big change in your and your families life, culture, environment and many other things out of which you might hate some and also might love some. On this forum only have seen people doing good in their own respected fields but have opted to move to Canada.

You can also do one thing that complete the landing formalities, enjoy the holiday and then can come back.

Just my opinion. Take your time but take the decision.
