Should we apply for visit visa or apply for super visa?

My parents want to apply for super visa and come to Canada in some time. Considering the time and application process, what would be a better approach i.e. should they apply for visit visa first and then when they come and go back couple of times and then apply for super visa or they should apply directly for super visa. I'm a citizen and can sponsor them.
There situation is:

1. They have there own house
2. Father is retired and mother is house wife.
3. Not a very good financial situation

Also how much finds they need to show if we apply for super visa?

For a supervisa, you need to be able to meet LICO for the number of people in your family including your parents. They must pass a medical and purchase one year of health insurance. If they don’t have a good financial situation, supervisa is the better option.

So how should I proof my parents strong ties to there country Pakistan?
Also how much the yearly insurance for father and mother cost?
Aren't there any monthly options for insurance.

Ties are house, business, pension, job
You will have to cost out insurance based on their health needs but need to show one year. Believe you can show monthly payments.
