Should we apply for NOC 4031 or 4032 ?

Hi all, my wife is English teacher in secondary school, she has experience of 3 years in teaching class 6th to 8th (INDIA) and now she has joined another school and is teaching 9th standard from last 3 months? We want to apply for express entry (CANADA). We are confused weather to apply under noc 4031 or 4032 ?

Please guide us. Seeking for your valuable suggestions.
