I have a rich uncle who resides in canadian, he agreed to financially support me and write an affidavit and all the requirements and mail them to me for my visa application.
When my application got refused, the only reason was for not having enough funds, so i will pay tuition and have my uncle support this time for this application, BUT do u think it's a good idea to have a canadian uncle to support me?

It might cause you some problems when it comes to home-ties. Might be better to get someone from home country sponsor you. An uncle in Canada might mean you don't have any intentions of coming back after your studies.

Just my opinion. Someone might have a better idea.

Also, my family has properties and a business in my home country, won't that be enough proof of family ties?
